Orders are shipped within 48hrs when all the items are in stock for your order. On occasions we may decide to part ship your order if we have been informed by the publishers that a book is re-printing/Not yet available and wont be available within 1 week of the date of placing your order. From August 18th all orders ship within 48hrs to ensure you receive your books on-time for school. Any items not available at time of shipping will automatically follow on as soon as they become available.

How is my order shipped?

All shipments greater than 1KG are shipped by courier. You will receive an e-mail with a link to track and trace your parcel the day before the parcel is out for delivery.

All order less than 1KG are shipped using An Post. Track and trace is not available for items shipped using An Post.

What time will my order be delivered?

Our couriers do not normally provide Estimated Time of Delivery. If an estimate is required, please contact GLS the day after you received your dispatch e-mail and they will contact the driver to see when he plans to be in your area. Please be aware the times provided are only estimates and can vary depending on traffic conditions and delivery workloads.

The couriers called while I was not in, what should I do?

Please logon to the order tracking menu or check your e-mail to get the GLS tracking number. Contact GLS on 1530 235 236 and have your GLS tracking number ready. Deliveries are normally re-arranged for the following business day.

I am going on holidays, what should I do?

If you have an existing order, please contact customer service on 1890 223344 and we will arrange for your order to be held until you return from holidays. Alternatively, you can provide us with a different delivery address and we will arrange to have the order shipped to that address.

If you are about to place an order, please enter the dates that you will be away in Extra Delivery Instructions and we will ensure that no delivery is made during those dates.
